Scheduling / Cancellation

Spotless Cleaning offers flexible scheduling hours for your convenience. We make every effort to work with you and to schedule an appointment that fits your schedule. Some of our clients prefer to be present; some prefer not to be present while their cleaning is being done. We make all efforts to work around you, your family, and friendly pets that are at your home. It is completely up to you, you have the choice of also providing us with a key, so that you do not have to be present.

You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment at any time. We do, however, request that you provide at least 24 hours notice. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of you schedules time there will be a 50% cancellation fee. This fee will be included in your next scheduling statement.

If we are unable to gain access to your home through no fault ours, a 50% lock-out fee will be applied to cover our cost. To avoid this charges , please notify us in advance so we can make the appropriate changes to our staff's schedule.

If we need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any circumstance, we will give you a 24-hour notice.
